ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

Item No: TT12426

1. Place the lamp base (A) on a level surface.

2. Place the shade (C) over the socket (B). Tighten

with the washer (E) and socket ring (D) securing the

shade in place.

3. Insert bulb into the bulb socket.

Recommended (2) maximum 60 WATT Type “A” Bulb

Or (2) maximum 13WATT CFL Bulb

(Bulb not included)

Cleaning of your lamp.

Unplug lamp, wipe with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasives
